Store Manager - Lead Luxury Team & Sales KPIs

Summary The Store Manager leads the in-store team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales KPIs, and maintain brand presentation. The manager oversees recruiting, onboarding and development, manages daily operations and merchandising, and ensures accurate inventory and financial performance. Responsibilities Oversee all sales and operational activities to meet weekly and monthly objectives. Recruit, onboard and develop store associates, providing coaching and constructive performance feedback. Accurately staff the store to consistently deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Maintain brand standards of presentation, merchandising and product inventory. Monitor business performance by analyzing KPIs and implementing action plans. Manage employee relations, time and attendance, performance concerns and asset protection. Guide customers in selecting frames and lenses suited to their lifestyle, wardrobe and prescription. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Retail management experience, preferably within a luxury selling environment. Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and financial acumen. Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends. Ability to move boxes up to 20 pounds and remain in a stationary position for the duration of a shift. #J-18808-Ljbffr
