Administer medications and vaccines as ordered. Perform point-of-care testing and specimen collection. Assist providers with procedures and exams. Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team. Ensure proper documentation in the electronic health record (EHR). Support patient education and outreach efforts. Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment in compliance with infection control protocols. Requirements Qualifications Current and unrestricted LPN license in SC. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred (FQHC or community health experience is a plus). BLS certification required. Experience with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, NextGen) preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to serving underserved populations.
