Must have: LangGraph (graphs, tool-nodes, memory/state, streaming agents), IBM Watsonx Orchestrate (skills, connectors, process automation), Google Vertex AI (Gemini, RAG, Vector Search, embeddings, safety), Knowledge of vector databases (PGVector, Vertex Matching Engine, Pinecone), Familiarity with Kafka or Pub/Sub eventing patterns. Observability stacks: OpenTelemetry, Prometheus/Grafana, Elk/Cloud Logging, Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), GitHub Actions, Cloud Build.

Seeking a Senior Software Developer with deep expertise and hands-on experience building AIdriven and agentic automation solutions. The ideal candidate has experience with LangGraph, IBM Watsonx Orchestrate, and Google Vertex AI, and can design scalable services that incorporate advanced reasoning, workflow orchestration, and multi-agent systems.

Job Description:

1. Machine Learning & Deep Learning Understanding AI models, neural networks, and reinforcement learning

2. Natural Language Processing (NLP) Developing AI systems that interpret and generate human language

3. Multi-Agent Systems Understanding how AI agents collaborate, negotiate, and operate independently

4. Cloud Computing & AI Deployment Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure to deploy AI models

5. Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Designing AI-driven bots that execute repetitive tasks autonomously

6. Proficient in coding and programming languages like Java, python.

7. Experience with WatsonX Platform (Assistant, AI, Orchestrate etc) is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field. - 5+ years

Experience with Java or Python. - 4-5+ years

Strong experience in AI/ML. 2 years

Chatbot development & IBM WatsonX experience is a Big Plus. "
