The Talent team is responsible for building the organization that will build the future of humanoid robotics. We partner closely with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Corporate functions to identify, attract, and hire exceptional talent capable of solving some of the world's most difficult technical and operational challenges.

As a Staff Manufacturing Recruiter, you will serve as a senior talent partner responsible for helping scale the manufacturing organization that brings NEO from development into production. You will partner directly with executive leaders, own some of the company's most critical and complex hiring initiatives, and help shape talent strategy across manufacturing, automation, test, software, and hardware functions. Beyond individual hiring success, you will play a key role in raising recruiting standards, mentoring teammates, and helping build a world-class talent organization.

Compensation Range: $110,000 - $186,000 per year
