Water Resources Project Manager
San Diego County Water Authority
The San Diego County Water Authority seeks an experienced Water Resources Manager to lead technical functions spanning water supply and facility planning, grounded in engineering analysis and regulatory awareness. The role directs complex hydrologic modeling, demand forecasting, and planning studies, and administers water supply programs including the Carlsbad Desalination Plant agreement.
