Plans project schedule, developing a detailed timeline with milestones and deadlines. Reports status, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders and management. Allocates resources, assigning tasks and managing personnel, budget, and materials. Manages risks by identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies. Communicates with stakeholders, providing regular updates to maintain engagement. Monitors progress, tracking project performance against the plan and making necessary adjustments. Controls budget, ensuring project costs remain within allocated funds. Ensures quality by implementing control measures to meet required standards. Manages team, leading and motivating members while resolving conflicts and ensuring collaboration. Conducts reviews, performing post-project evaluations to document lessons learned. Maintains an active, working mobile phone at all times in order to support team members and the organization as needed. Position requires that employee must have the ability to make and receive business-related phone calls and text messages 24 hours a day and seven days per week during on-call assignment.
