This is a great position in a civil engineering firm. You will be responsible for assisting the business development team in managing existing clients along with gaining new ones. Responsibilities Initiate calls to existing and potential clients. Prepare proposal for new projects. Generate new leaders for the Business Development team. Update and maintain contact databases.Go to meetings and functions with clientele, as necessary. Assisting with writing proposals and RFQ’s. Answer incoming sales calls. Must be able to work 45 hours a week. Requirements High School Diploma or GED, some college preferred. Marketing and/or customer service experience. Outgoing, pleasant personality. Professional phone etiquette. Self-starter with initiative and work well with minimal supervision. Good oral and written communication skills. Teams and Zoom call experience preferred. You must be able to attend meetings in the evenings or sometimes on Saturdays.
