THE ROLE


We are seeking a Busser / Runner to join our team!

In this role, you are responsible for all activities pertaining to cleaning and maintenance of all food and beverage wares, kitchens and service areas as well delivery of guest supplies to guests in a professional, upbeat and efficient manner.

You will play a key role in fostering a high-energy environment driven by passion for excellence. Supply all food items needed in order to maintain an effective and efficient operation. Responsible for the preparation and upkeep of food lines and self-service stations. Move all food items from kitchen to respective areas.

Each interaction presents an opportunity to deliver a memorable experience by anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and establishing genuine connections.

WHAT YOU WILL ROCK


To thrive here, you bring at least two years of prior experience, ideally within a four- or five-star hotel environment, along with the ability to communicate clearly, stay patient under pressure, and approach every situation with tact and professionalism.

You're comfortable being a team player and assisting guests and coworkers equally. You complete all set-up duties on time and own the cleanliness and appearance of the assigned area and kitchen as required. If you speak additional languages beyond English, even better! You understand the rhythm of lifestyle hotels and you're ready to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when the property is at its most vibrant.

This role is active and hands-on. You'll spend a good portion of your shift working with guests and with your team, assisting your coworkers as needed to complete the required activities and deliver amplified service. Always smiling and offering a warm greeting to all.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• This is a non-union, hourly position $20.50
