Surgical Onsite Specialist (Cleveland OH)

Medtronic seeks a Surgical Onsite Specialist to support surgical centers in the Cleveland region. This remote territory-based role combines clinical expertise, customer support, and sales enablement to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time procedural assistance and technical troubleshooting for surgical centers
- Conduct equipment upgrades, maintenance, and fleet audits to ensure compliance
- Lead training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications
- Support sales initiatives through product trials, implementations, and account expansion efforts
- Manage inventory tracking and maintain accurate product availability records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Field-based role requiring approximately 25% travel, up to 50% when necessary
- Clinical operating room experience preferred
- B2B sales experience or background in hospital/clinical settings preferred
