Mia's Metal Buildings, Inc. is looking for an experienced Metal Building Foreman to lead our field crews on commercial and industrial metal building projects throughout the Houston area and surrounding cities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead metal building erection crews on job sites.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints.
• Coordinate daily work activities to keep projects on schedule.
• Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and customers.
• Train and mentor crew members as needed.
• Perform hands-on work alongside the crew when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in metal building erection.
• Previous experience as a foreman or crew leader preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PEMB systems, wall panels, roof panels, trim, insulation, and flashing.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• OSHA safety knowledge is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Clean background required.
