We are growing our team and looking for a Real Estate Investment Sales Analyst who is ready to take an active role in finding and developing real estate deals. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with homeowners, uncovering potential deals, and turning promising conversations into real business opportunities.

You will be involved in the early stages of each potential transaction, from reviewing new leads and researching properties to analyzing market information and determining whether an opportunity makes financial sense. You will also speak with sellers, present proposals, negotiate deal terms, and help move qualified prospects toward closing.

• Prepare letters of intent, real estate market research reports, partnership models, contracts, due diligence documents, and other business administration paperwork in advance of real estate transactions
• Follow up on all leads and requests for information
• Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close

• Work through new inquiries and determine which leads warrant further acquisition review
• Gather property details and examine comparable sales, local activity, market trends, and other relevant information
• Assess deal potential and help establish pricing and offer strategies
• Communicate with homeowners and promptly handle questions or requests from prospective sellers
• Learn each seller’s situation, establish rapport, and maintain productive relationships throughout the sales cycle
• Prepare, explain, and negotiate purchase proposals with property owners
• Navigate concerns and objections while keeping viable deals moving toward an agreement
• Keep the CRM current with lead details, conversations, tasks, follow-up notes, and deal activity
• Manage a pipeline of active prospects and make sure scheduled follow-ups are completed on time
• Coordinate with sellers, buyers, and internal team members as transactions progress toward completion
• Deliver a responsive, knowledgeable, and professional experience to clients from initial contact through closing
• Consistently work toward assigned KPIs, sales objectives, and overall company performance goals

• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
• 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• +1 years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales is highly desired

Job Qualifications

• Applicants do not need to hold a real estate license before applying; the person hired will be expected to obtain one when employment begins
• Background in property sales, real estate acquisitions, land transactions, or a comparable sales role is preferred
• Genuine enthusiasm for real estate investing and an interest in developing a career in acquisitions and investment sales
• Takes initiative, works independently, and stays focused on reaching defined objectives
• Able to assess different scenarios, recognize viable opportunities, and use available information to make practical business decisions
• A four-year degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, or a related area is preferred, with relevant work experience also considered
• Strong written and interpersonal communication abilities
• Comfortable handling sales conversations by phone, establishing rapport with prospects, explaining value, responding to concerns, and guiding discussions toward the next step
• Performs well in a structured, performance-focused environment with measurable goals and KPIs
• Highly organized with strong follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities
