- CRM Management:Log all activity and manage tasks within our CRM to ensure accurate tracking of leads and applications.
- Relationship Building:Build rapport with investors, brokers, and agents to create long-term referral relationships.
- Market Knowledge:Stay informed about loan programs, interest rates, and lending trends.
- Excellent Communication:Confident and professional phone and written communication skills.
- Sales Mindset:Driven by results, comfortable talking with clients, and motivated to close deals.
- Quick Learner:Ability to grasp mortgage products, underwriting basics, and compliance requirements quickly.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented:Manage multiple leads while maintaining accuracy in documentation.
