Monitor and manage hemodynamics, ventilated patients, and complex clinical scenarios; administer medications and therapies as ordered. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and other members of the care team to optimize outcomes. Document care thoroughly in the electronic health record and update care plans as patient status evolves. Participate in discharge planning, patient/family education, and safety initiatives to ensure continuity of care. Supervise and coordinate tasks for assigned nursing staff and support personnel as appropriate.
