Bowen Scarff Ford is seeking a reliable and motivated Service Valet to join our team in Kent, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional vehicle care and customer service, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our service customers.
Responsibilities- Safely move customer vehicles between service bays, parking lots, and designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service department and customer parking areas.
- Assist customers by escorting them to and from their vehicles as needed.
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any damages or concerns to the service team.
- Support service advisors and technicians with various tasks to improve workflow efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety and dealership policies while driving and handling vehicles.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles safely in all weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Prior experience in a valet or automotive service role is a plus but not required.
- Competitive hourly wage of $19.00 - $20.00 paid semi-monthly.
