Proposal Coordinator

Location 3801 Parkwood Blvd Suite 550,Frisco, TX, 75034-8647,United States Description Position Ov erview: Lead and coordinate proposal development—tracking deadlines, organizing content, ensuring compliance, and delivering polished, client-focused materials. Collaborate with technical staff and subject matter experts to craft compelling narratives that highlight our expertise and differentiators. Develop and maintain proposal content, including resumes, project descriptions, and qualifications, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment. Coordinate with subconsultants and partners to collect and integrate proposal materials seamlessly. Support business development activities, including client presentations, marketing collateral, CRM data management, and industry event participation. Prepare government forms, client questionnaires, and qualification statements, ensuring compliance with submission requirements. Assist with interview preparation, helping teams refine messaging and delivery for client presentations. Requirements: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. (Relevant marketing and proposal experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.) 3 - 5 years of proposal development experience in the AEC industry (engineering experience preferred). Writing & Communication Skills: Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a focus on clarity, persuasion, and storytelling. Ability to manage a team, including Project Manager and technical staff, through the proposal process. This includes setting and maintaining the proposal schedule, leading from kick off to submittal, and monitoring content development to meet deadlines. Ability to tailor content for different audiences and proposal requirements. Technical & Design Proficiency: Adobe InDesign and MS Office Suite required; experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, and Deltek/Vision CRM is a plus. Time Management & Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Collaboration & Initiative: A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders. Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to work extended hours when needed and occasional travel for meetings and conferences.
