What You'll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Technician, you'll work directly with homeowners to inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve their residential plumbing systems.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform residential plumbing inspections and preventative maintenance.

• Inspect water heaters, plumbing fixtures, drains, piping, and other residential plumbing equipment.

• Identify plumbing problems and recommend appropriate repairs or long-term solutions.

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and maintenance within your training and qualifications.

• Help homeowners understand the condition of their plumbing systems and available service options.

• Identify potential plumbing issues before they become expensive repairs or unexpected breakdowns.

• Educate customers about plumbing maintenance programs, water efficiency improvements, and available plumbing services.

• Recommend repair, replacement, and maintenance solutions based on homeowner needs.

• Build positive relationships with customers through professionalism, honesty, and excellent service.

• Accurately document inspections, completed services, equipment conditions, and recommendations.

• Help schedule future plumbing maintenance appointments.

• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and properly care for tools and equipment.

• Participate in company-sponsored training, mentorship, and continuing education.

• Follow company safety standards and deliver quality workmanship on every visit.

What We're Looking For

• Previous plumbing experience OR a genuine interest in learning the plumbing trade.

Residential plumbing, plumbing maintenance, or plumbing service experience is preferred but not required.
