About the Role
We are partnering with a well-established, community-focused health system in the MinneapolisSt. Paul metro area to hire a Staffing Support Coordinator. This organization operates a network of primary care clinics and hospital-based departments centered on wellness, health maintenance, and the management of chronic conditions, and is grounded in values of relationships, inventiveness, and accountability.
In this role, you'll support the Resource Management Department by providing scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping assistance to multiple managers overseeing a combined staff of approximately 200 employees. You'll also serve as backup to the Staffing Specialists, helping maintain scheduling flexibility across the Resource Management Department and other clinical areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented professional with a background in healthcare scheduling or clerical operations. Job Description
The Staffing Support Coordinator assists managers with staffing, scheduling, and time card editing, ensuring balanced coverage and accurate records across assigned units. Core responsibilities include:

• Providing scheduling assistance to managers by producing a balanced four-week schedule at the designated interval.
• Assigning extra shifts as needed during the preliminary sign-up period.
• Making all daily staffing and scheduling changes within the API scheduling system.
• Coordinating and granting vacation requests throughout the year and managing summer vacation sign-ups.
• Monitoring CPT staff on a monthly basis to ensure CPT requirements are met.
• Performing daily time card editing for the assigned unit.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of clerical experience.
• 1 year of experience as a Staffing Specialist or Health Unit Coordinator.
• Hospital staff scheduling experience.
• High school diploma or GED (documentation required) .
• Verifiable work history.
• Two supervisory references with dates of employment listed (documentation required) .
• Diploma (documentation required) .
• Eligibility to work in the United States. If a candidate is not eligible to work in the U.S., it must be noted on their profile.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with API/MyTime.
• Associate's degree.
