The Work Lockheed Martin Rotary Mission Systems (RMS) in Moorestown, NJ is seeking a full time Lead Systems Engineer. In this role, you will lead a team that perform analysis, design, integration and test on mission critical software and hardware The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the Linux Operating System, troubleshooting product and system level issues. Candidate will be considered a product owner or a Baseline Delivery Lead. This position is located at the facility that requires special access. Position requires a government security clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

The base range for this position in New Jersey is $91,000 - $172,488. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. The wage range and benefits summary is a general guideline and is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement when extending an offer.
