The Career: 

QA1 , a recognized leader in high-performance suspension components for motorsports and industrial markets, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join its Detroit Speed & Engineering team , based in Mooresville, North Carolina. 

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge products that not only meet but exceed industry expectations. As a member of the QA1 team, you’ll be responsible for order picking, packing, inventory control and other tasks to ensure timely and accurate shipments to our customers. What You Will Do:

• Timely pick material using forklift and/or other material handling equipment
• Package and palletize orders 
• Load and unload trucks 
• Replenish production and warehouse as directed
• Supporting cycle counting activities
• Receive and process incoming orders and returns
• Complete verification of items picked for accuracy and condition
• Assist in orientation and cross-training of other Warehouse team members
• Assist in troubleshooting issues as they arise, escalating to leadership appropriately
• Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1

The Critical Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Must have prior forklift operator experience and/or be willing to gain forklift operator license.
• Person people want to work with.
• Positive attitude, reliable attendance with excellent work ethic.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading and English communication skills. 
• Comfortable with team interaction or alone under busy conditions with minimal supervision.
• Must be available and open to the idea of cross training + learning.
• Demonstrable technical proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ERP; prior experience with WMS preferred.
• Ability to work with a diverse team.
• Verified personal and professional values aligning with QA1.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 6:30am-5:00pm OR Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm 

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
