Job Summary As an Internal Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will serve as a cornerstone of care in a close‑knit Minnesota community, making a tangible impact on patient lives. Qualifications Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant degree from an accredited institution. Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota.
