About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Creator/Talent Lead to lead on creator and talent partnerships, manage top-tier creators and lead a team of freelancers.

\n

\n

This role is with a boutique social, performance and PR agency, and is an opportunity for someone who understands the creator economy and knows how to turn a strong outreach strategy into meaningful partnerships. You'll work across talent engagement, contract negotiations and campaign delivery, while coordinating a freelance team to bring campaigns to life.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and lead creator outreach strategies to identify, engage and secure relevant talent.
\n
• Build and manage relationships with top-tier creators, acting as a key point of contact throughout the partnership.
\n
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee the execution of creator agreements.
\n
• Coordinate and manage a freelance team responsible for creator outreach, campaign logistics and execution.

About you

\n

\n
• You have strong experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing or talent management.
\n
• You're confident developing outreach strategies and building relationships with creators and talent, as well as negotiating partnerships and managing contracts.
\n
• You have experience leading, coordinating or overseeing a team.
\n
• You understand the creator economy and what makes creator partnerships effective.
\n
