Find your next opportunity today!**Description of Work**The Associate Director, Program Evaluation provides technical, operational, and strategic supervision and leadership to the Division of Health Benefits' (DHB) Program Evaluation team. The team is responsible for measuring, monitoring, and ultimately improving the health of NC Medicaid beneficiaries. Through its work, the Program Evaluation team informs and impacts the population health programs, policies, and initiatives that drive system of care outcomes. The Associate Director, Program Evaluation ensures quality and evaluation principles and practices are embedded in the Program Evaluation team’s core business processes and operational systems including: program monitoring and evaluation; operational and outcome data collection, analysis, and governance; quality measure development, production, and benchmarking; survey development, sample creation, and survey collection and analysis; strategic and operational planning; staff on boarding and development; and contract management.
