Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer Opportunity

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current certification as an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer (ARDMS or equivalent)
• Proficiency in general ultrasound imaging modalities
• Strong understanding of patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance standards
• Experience working with diverse patient populations
• Ability to accurately document patient information and imaging results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team

Typical Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures as ordered by physicians
• Prepare patients for exams by explaining the process and ensuring comfort and safety throughout the procedure
• Adjust and operate ultrasound equipment and select appropriate imaging techniques
• Analyze images and collaborate with radiologists and physicians for accurate diagnostics
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and exam documentation
• Ensure compliance with departmental protocols, policies, and regulatory standards
• Participate in continuing education and training exercises as needed

$2,057 - $2,176/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
