This is a 40-hour-per-week inpatient position providing psychiatric care to children and adolescents in a structured behavioral health setting.
The assignment offers a consistent schedule with no on-call responsibilities.

Assignment Details:

Inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
40 hours per week
Sunday Saturday work week
No call
No telehealth component
No prior travel experience required
Approximately 21-week assignment
Dates: 11/02 31/2027
Overtime available after 12 hours in a day and after 168 hours in a week, based on contract terms

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist
Child & Adolescent Psychiatry experience preferred
Active Connecticut medical license
Appropriate prescribing credentials and controlled-substance registration, as applicable
Ability to provide inpatient psychiatric care to pediatric/adolescent patients
Long-term locum assignment with consistent hours
No call
Dedicated inpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry setting
Travel assignment with support available
