Welder/Fabricator | Bardstown, KY

Join a growing fabrication team that manufactures custom security solutions supporting U.S. military operations. This position offers hands-on fabrication work using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding processes on mild steel and aluminum.

• Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble custom metal components
• Operate plasma cutters, torches, and grinding equipment
• Inspect completed weldments for quality and accuracy
• Collaborate with a close-knit production team

• Previous welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with steel and aluminum welding
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

• $55,000-$70,000/year
• Permanent, full-time position
• 3-day work week (Friday-Sunday)
• Overtime opportunities available

This is a Permanent position based out of Elizabethtown, KY.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
