In addition, the Senior Financial Analyst supports operational and administrative decisions affecting finance, budget preparation and monitoring, budget analysis, and projection.Essential FunctionsMaintain or modify all financial analytic models in use.Interprets financial information by consolidating, studying, and analyzing data.Train junior analysts and sometimes review their work.Prepares and presents analyses, forecasts, and recommendations to senior business and finance leaders that support and drive key business, strategic, and investment decisions.Interpret results of financial analysis procedures.Supervise project budget and all financial issues for all projects.Support the Finance Leader on projects as needed.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in a related field of study requiredExperience3+ years of experience in accounting, finance or related field required2+ years of experience in healthcare requiredExperience supporting capital projects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and monitoring of project expenditures.Experience using Microsoft Copilot or other AI enabled tools to improve financial analysis, reporting, data interpretation and process efficiency.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong written and oral communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organization.Good analytical and mathematical skills.Superior Excel Skills is required.Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time.Ability to analyze, consolidate, and interpret accounting data.Remote TypeRemoteWork Location399 Revolution DriveScheduled Weekly Hours40Employee TypeRegularWork ShiftDay (United States of America)Pay Range$79,560.00 - $115,720.80/AnnualGrade7At Mass General Brigham, we believe in recognizing and rewarding the unique value each team member brings to our organization.
