A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ANIMAL BOARDING ATTENDANT

In this position, you are responsible for providing exceptional animal care on a daily basis. Some typical duties include feeding and watering pets, administering medication, and ensuring the kennel areas are clean and organized. You also have the opportunity to assist with dog grooming and bathing as needed. As you work with each pet, you are always compassionate and kind, treating each pet with the utmost respect and care. You love the flexibility this part-time position offers you and take pride in the world-class care you provide each pet!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE AN ANIMAL BOARDING ATTENDANT?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 months of experience in the animal care industry
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
