Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours Weekly
Start Date: Typical start date is within approximately 2 weeks after offer acceptance and completion of onboarding/credentialing requirements.
EMR System: EPIC

Experience Requirements

• Minimum experience required: Less than 1 year accepted
• Labor & Delivery experience preferred
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts

License & Certification Requirements

• Active RN License – North Dakota or Compact State License
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• NRP
• STABLE Certification

Job Summary

The Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include patient assessments, development and implementation of care plans, patient education, discharge planning, emergency response, interdisciplinary collaboration, and accurate clinical documentation.

The RN will monitor maternal and fetal conditions, respond to changes in patient status, manage pain interventions, and support safe patient outcomes throughout labor and delivery care.

Schedule & Call Details

• 3x12 rotating day/night schedule
• Overtime applies after 40 hours/week
• On-call rate: $3/hour pager

• 13-week travel/contract assignment
• Facility uses EPIC EMR
• Holiday coverage not required
• Facility does not accept 1099 contractors
• Candidates must complete onboarding and credentialing prior to start
