Job Summary 6 AM to 12 PM Sundays through Saturdays and up to 20 hours per week. Responsible for performing general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations, and operating equipment. Maintain a clean and organized environment inside the OMNI space; bin storage to organize member orders; storage bins regularly cleaned and maintained per safety standards. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list and using an RF handheld scanner to pick and verify items; move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area. Communicate inventory or equipment problems and identify expired or short-dated items on the pick list. Coordinate with the club team when merchandise needs replenishment. Work with the team to pull merchandise from reserve to avoid on-floor replenishment. Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements. Maintain a high level of urgency to meet deadlines and KPIs. Follow operational procedures for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club; adhere to SOPs. Take responsibility for individual performance and collaborate with leadership when metrics are not met. Package orders securely according to SOPs. Keep the SFC area neat and organized; perform general housekeeping and handle damaged goods per SOPs. Process returns to the club and determine handling (DDR or Membership desk). Maintain all club policies and procedures, including dress code. Meet OMNI productivity expectations and service level agreements (SLAs). Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed. Regular, predictable attendance is essential. Qualifications Previous order pulling experience preferred. Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred. Previous RF scanner experience preferred. Job Conditions Most duties require continuous movement on hard surfaces; may involve bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping. Continuously lifts up to 30 pounds; may lift more than 30 pounds with assistance. Typically in a facility with moving machinery and loud equipment; possible exposure to temperature extremes when pulling refrigerated orders. Occasional exposure to cleaning agents as per safety guidelines. In accordance with Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position: $17.25 - $20.70 per hour.
