Job Summary

Milestone Health Partners in Williston, North Dakota is growing and seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with adolescents and adults with orthopedic and neurological impairments in an outpatient setting. Therapists at Milestone have the opportunity to treat a wide variety of conditions while utilizing evidence-based treatment approaches, manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehabilitation strategies.

Physical therapists work closely with occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, behavioral health providers, and ABA professionals to provide comprehensive care across the lifespan.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Modify therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members regarding patient care plans
• Complete documentation and progress reports in a timely manner
• Participate in treatment team meetings, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities
• Assist in supervision and training of students or trainees
• Work collaboratively with other therapy disciplines
• Provide education and presentations on physical therapy topics within the community

Compensation and Benefits

Milestone Health Partners values work-life balance and offers flexible scheduling to support both career and family responsibilities. Clinic hours are Monday–Thursday from 7:00 AM–5:00 PM and Fridays from 7:00 AM–12:00 PM, allowing for extended weekends and improved work-life balance. Salary is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree
• Licensed by the North Dakota State Board of Physical Therapy Practice
• Experience with adolescent and adult populations preferred, but not required
• Strong manual therapy background preferred
• Certification in functional dry needling, or willingness to become certified, preferred
• Desire to stay current on evidence-based therapy practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
