What You'll Do As a School-Based Behavioral Health Clinician, you will serve as the primary behavioral health provider within an assigned school community. You will provide individual, group, and school-wide behavioral health services using a public health approach that promotes student wellness and academic success. Provide individual, group, and school-wide behavioral health services year round in the school Facilitate workshops, classroom presentations, prevention activities, and wellness initiatives Support students experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family stressors Build meaningful relationships with students, families, teachers, and school administrators Coordinate care with families, school personnel, and community partners Maintain timely clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment plans Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and consultation Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• Active or Pending DC LGSW or LGPC license

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of behavioral health experience
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Experience in school-based, outpatient, community-based, or behavioral health settings
• Experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, or family stressors
