Concept Artist
Incessantrain
We're looking for a creative Concept Artist to help define the visual direction of our projects. You'll work on moderate-complexity design tasks, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and collaborate closely with the team to bring ideas to life. Main responsibilities: Create detailed concept designs based on project briefs with minimal oversight Take ownership of moderate-complexity assets and design tasks Collaborate with other artists and adapt designs based on feedback Gather references, styles, and trends to inform visual concepts Contribute to brainstorming and help refine design ideas Mentor junior artists and provide constructive feedback on their work Qualifications Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in concept art, illustration, or visual design Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent in Art, Design, or a related field Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent) Ability to create polished, detailed final artwork aligned with a project\'s vision Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to have: Familiarity with 3D pipeline processes Experience with 3D software alongside 2D design tools Interested?
