Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Driving strategic initiatives, the full-time Organizational Effectiveness Manager will shape and deliver critical People Enablement projects remotely, partnering with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to enhance organizational performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Own and drive defined portfolios of work that translate enterprise strategy into executable initiatives, managing plans, milestones, and risks Lead the design and delivery of comprehensive solutions, including operating model refinements and process optimization Embed change management methodologies into initiatives to ensure leaders and employees adopt and sustain new behaviors and ways of working Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field 8-12+ years in organizational effectiveness, HR transformation, or related roles with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives Strong expertise in organizational design, performance improvement, and change management Prosci certification is required Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and apply strategic judgment to complex problems
