Buckeye, Arizona, United States Machine Operator I V is responsible for operating machinery in a manufacturing environment to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures. Monitor production output and quality to meet specifications. Operate chord cutter . Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment as required . Lifting or moving heavy objects. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Adhere to safety protocols. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance. Must be able to work regular and/or flexible hours or shifts, overtime, weekends as required . REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform all job duties of Machine Operator levels I , II and II I . Min imum o f 1 y ear o f ex perience in a manu facturi ng se tting pref erred . 3G welding certification . PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequent communication with others to exchange information. Frequent repetition of motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. Frequent moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another. Frequent lifting or moving objects up to 5 0 pounds in all directions. Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. Constantly thinking and processing information. Constantly maintaining concentration and focus on tasks. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Manufacturing floor with machinery. Exposure to airborne particles, loud noises, and extreme heat and cold.
