Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive onboarding and training program.
• Make proactive outbound sales calls to recruit financial advisors.
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads.
• Meet daily call activity expectations and monthly performance goals.
• Gain proficiency in sales enablement platforms and CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and market developments.
• Maintain professionalism and uphold company values in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Entry-level sales role previous sales experience not required.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative.
• Excellent communication and phone presence.
• Strong questioning skills to qualify and close opportunities.
• Driven, persistent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitude.
