CNC Machine Operator
Locations: Rowley, MA & Berlin, NH
Pay: $25–$30/hour | Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our structural steel fabrication team. If you take pride in precision, quality workmanship, and getting the job done right, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machinery for structural steel fabrication.
- Read and accurately interpret fabrication/shop drawings.
- Measure and verify materials and finished components.
- Safely operate overhead cranes and shop equipment.
- Maintain accurate machine setups and quality standards.
- Work with fabricators, welders, and fitters to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- CNC machine operation experience; structural steel or metal fabrication preferred.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and understand dimensions.
- Proficiency with tape measures, squares, protractors, lasers, and levels.
- Knowledge of standard AISC steel shapes and AWS welding symbols .
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
- Overhead crane experience preferred.
