Reporting directly to the managing partner, this role combines bookkeeping, data entry, financial analysis, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities Enter financial data and maintain accurate bookkeeping records for a range of political clients. Process receipts, prepare budgets, manage payables, and handle disbursements. Conduct financial analysis and research to support client reporting. Assist with the preparation of state and federal campaign finance disclosures. Support administrative operations, including internal recordkeeping and client communication. What We’re Looking For Academic. Bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally with a strong academic record and a focus on business, economics, or finance. Mathematically-minded. Prior bookkeeping or accounting experience ideal. Precise. You have excellent attention to detail and a natural ability to stay organized. Adaptable. You are eager to learn from others, but you are resourceful when solving problems. Committed. This position requires a minimum two-year commitment. Client-centered.
