Physical Therapist Outpatient $25,000 Bonus

Job Title: Physical Therapist Location: Intermountain Health Holy Rosary Hospital, Miles City, Montana Position: Full-time, Part-time, PRN Schedule: Onsite, flexible shifts Responsibilities Screen, test, evaluate, diagnose, and treat injuries, diseases, and disabilities using physical therapy procedures and modalities. Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers. Perform mandatory assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient conditions. Develop treatment plans, including exercise regimens for the clinic and home, to increase flexibility, strength, or endurance. Use modalities to relieve pain and reduce swelling. Determine patient ability to be independent and reintegrate into workplace or community. Qualifications Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Active Montana state Physical Therapist licensure. Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association. Knowledge of physical therapy principles, standards, and applications. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Highly organized and analytical. Strong work ethic, high level of professionalism, and teamwork ability. Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodations as needed. Benefits Sign-on bonus up to $25,000 for full-time positions. Competitive salary range: $42.66 - $65.82 per hour.
