Duties Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather critical case information and assess legal issues. Analyze case details and provide initial insights into the strength of claims. Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, addressing questions and concerns. Manage the intake process from initial contact through case acceptance. Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure seamless transition from intake to case handling. Maintain organized records of all intake activities in the firm's case management system. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a positive experience. Requirements Licensed attorney in California, in good standing with the California Bar. Experience in personal injury and medical malpractice law preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Compassionate and patient client-centered approach. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of incoming leads efficiently. Proficient in using case management software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical skills for accurate intake assessments and documentation. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Active member of the California Bar.
