Position Overview

A nationally recognized, value-based healthcare organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative primary care team.

This is an excellent opportunity for physicians who want to move beyond traditional volume-driven primary care. With 30–60 minute visits, an average of just 10–15 patients per day, and support from a multidisciplinary care team , physicians have the time and resources to focus on meaningful patient relationships, prevention, and long-term health outcomes.

This position will serve patients at the East Point and West Marietta care centers , providing an opportunity to work alongside experienced, mission-driven care teams in two diverse Georgia communities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $205,000 – $315,000 annually
• Performance-based annual incentive opportunity

Schedule

• Full-time outpatient primary care
• Average of 10–15 patients per day

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
• Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with Whole Health Coaches and other care team members
• Utilize evidence-based medicine and population health strategies to improve patient outcomes
• Focus on prevention, wellness, and long-term health
• Empower patients through education, wellness coaching, and shared decision-making
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide whole-person care

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
• Active Georgia medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Passion for patient-centered, relationship-based care
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to preventive medicine and improving patient outcomes
