Per Diem | Flexible Scheduling | Daily Pay Available First Choice Nurses is seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses (RNs) for Per Diem hospital opportunities. Choose shifts that fit your availability while working with a local staffing team that provides competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and support from 5:00 AM-11:30 PM. Why Work With FCN? - Staffing Coordinators available 5:00 AM-11:30 PM

- Assess and monitor patients in an acute-care emergency setting
- Triage and prioritize patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and respond to changes in patient condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Respond to emergency and critical-care situations
- Complete required assessments and documentation
- Perform additional RN duties within scope of practice and facility requirements
- Active RN License
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute-care Emergency Room experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to complete facility credentialing requirements
- Dependable and professional with a commitment to quality patient care
