Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess the unique needs of each patient and design personalized therapy approaches to help them achieve their functional objectives
• Deliver Evidence-Based Therapeutic Interventions: Apply best practices to enhance motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living tasks for your patients
• Collaborate with Diverse Healthcare Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, nurses, and other professionals to ensure an integrated, comprehensive care experience
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their loved ones therapy techniques to support and sustain progress beyond the clinic
• Track Patient Progress: Monitor and document clinical outcomes, making necessary adjustments to keep patients on the right path toward their goals

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
• Pursuing continuing education or advanced certifications is encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory
