Job Description
* Diseñar y ejecutar el roadmap tecnológico y de IA.
* Relevar y rediseñar procesos antes de automatizarlos. * Priorizar casos de uso según impacto, factibilidad, riesgo y retorno. * Llevar proyectos de IA desde prueba de concepto hasta producción. * Impulsar la adopción de agentes y herramientas de inteligencia artificial. * Realizar un diagnóstico integral de aplicaciones, infraestructura, equipos, conectividad y soporte. * Revisar la arquitectura y evolución de Salesforce, Dynamics, POS, ecommerce, logística y Microsoft 365. * Garantizar continuidad operativa. * Fortalecer ciberseguridad, accesos, backups y continuidad. * Analizar y rediseñar la estructura del área de Sistemas. * Integrar los equipos tradicionales de IT con el nuevo equipo de IA. * Clarificar responsabilidades, objetivos, niveles de servicio e indicadores. * Gestionar proyectos, presupuestos, contratos y proveedores. * Reducir dependencias críticas y asegurar propiedad de código, repositorios y documentación. * Liderar la capacitación y gestión del cambio.The Successful Applicant
Buscamos un líder de tecnología hands-on, con fuerte foco en el negocio, capacidad de ejecutar y transformar, involucrándose directamente en proyectos, procesos, arquitectura y decisiones tecnológicas, más allá de la definición estratégica.* Experiencia liderando Tecnología, Sistemas o Transformación Digital.
* Gestión de equipos internos y proveedores. * Implementación concreta de IA, automatización o agentes en procesos reales. * Conocimiento de arquitectura, integraciones, APIs, nube, datos y ciberseguridad. * Experiencia con ERP, CRM, POS y operaciones multiubicación.What’s on Offer
