Our organization, a well-regarded and long-standing group practice, has been serving the Des Moines metropolitan area, Ames, and central Iowa for four decades. We are excited to present a remarkable opportunity for a dedicated, personable, and board-certified or board-eligible surgeon, whether single or dual-degree, to join our thriving team of eight doctors as an associate with a clear path to partnership.
We operate from six modern facilities equipped with cutting-edge technology (Carestream) and supported by an exceptional team, including registered nurses and DAANCE-certified dental assistants who exclusively assist in patient care. Our practice benefits from a robust and loyal referral network, with ample potential for growth for a new surgeon. Our primary focus is on office-based procedures, particularly dental implants and augmentation, dentoalveolar surgery, IV anesthesia, pathology, and some limited trauma and orthognathic cases. The new associate will have the opportunity to broaden their practice scope as desired.
