- Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, medical practitioners, caregivers, and families to establish a unified care approach.
- Provide education to patients and their families to support their ongoing progress beyond clinical visits.
- Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions, ensuring continuity in the care timeline.
- Ensure all documentation is precise and reflective of state, federal, and organizational standards.
- Commit to ongoing professional development through continuous learning and teamwork with peers.

- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within the first 30 days of employment.
Skills
- Expertise in evidence-based treatment methods for all age groups, combined with a deep knowledge of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
- Ability to cultivate strong, meaningful interpersonal relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Competence in adapting therapy modalities to accommodate cultural and linguistic diversity effectively.
- Strong clinical insight and adept problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with electronic medical records and adherence to documentation standards.
Benefits
- A competitive salary commensurate with experience.
- Flexible work schedules that enhance work-life harmony while handling varied caseloads.
