Are you a Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Coordinator with experience in a manufacturing / production environment looking to join a global manufacturer offering long-term stability, technical development, and career growth?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing global manufacturer where you will take ownership of maintenance coordination and scheduling activities within a highly automated production environment, gaining exposure to advanced manufacturing systems and long-term progression opportunities.

The company is a leading manufacturer with highly automated production facilities and continued investment across its U.S. operations. Due to ongoing growth and expansion plans, they are looking to add to their Maintenance Planning team.

This position would suit someone with maintenance planning, coordination, or manufacturing operations experience who has strong organizational skills, a basic technical understanding, and enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The Role:

• Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across the production facility
• Work closely with maintenance engineers, production, and other departments
• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, and tracking activities
• Assist with maintenance documentation, reporting, and coordination
• Monday-Friday, day shift position based onsite in Scranton, PA
• Full training provided on internal systems and processes

The Candidate:

• Experience in maintenance planning, coordination, scheduling, or manufacturing operations
• Basic technical understanding of manufacturing or industrial equipment
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel
