What to expect:

Provides direct clinical care with specific program development, participates as a member in the interdisciplinary patient care program, maintain updated therapy techniques, provides in services in health care personnel within Johns Hopkins Care at Home regarding current and acceptable therapy techniques. Responds to physician’s plan of treatment by evaluating patient’s needs and planning and implementing a treatment program to facilitate the patient’s physical and mental functioning or adjustment to his/her handicap/disability limitations.

Education : Requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program and current licensure. Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in Physical Therapy earned prior to January 1, 2015, from
accredited programs, with current licensure, may be accepted based on historical requirements.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR
• Valid Maryland Driver’s License and current auto insurance, working vehicle; agree to comply with Maryland law for mandatory seat belt use.
• Current MD Speech Therapy License

Work experience: One year of clinical experience, acute/subacute/home health preferred.

Salary Range: Minimum $1/hour - Maximum $1,000/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
