Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member We are a growing agency seeking an Account Associate to support daily business operations, customer success, and sales initiatives. Benefits License reimbursement 401(k) Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
