Schedule: Monday–Friday with an equally shared call rotation, including Saturday morning clinic hours

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Physician to join our growing practice in Greenville, NC. The ideal candidate is dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered care and thrives in a collaborative clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to pediatric patients from birth through adolescence.
• Conduct routine well-child examinations, sick visits, developmental screenings, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, specialists, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Educate patients and families on health, wellness, nutrition, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Participate in an equally shared practice phone-call rotation, including shared Saturday morning clinic coverage.
• Contribute to equitable coverage for urgent and after-hours patient needs.
• Adhere to practice protocols, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Participate in quality-improvement initiatives and support a positive patient and family experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
• Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active or eligible medical license in the State of North Carolina.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, family-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment.
