About the Position Position/Specialty: ER RN Shift: 3x12s, Days, 7a-7p Ratios: 1:4, may have to flex to 1:5 depending on acuity Weekend REQ: Every other weekend Is on-call REQ? (N) Will this traveler need to float within scope to meet facility needs/float between like units/sister facilities? Yes Required/Preferred Years of Experience REQ: 2 years First-timers accepted: (Y) License REQ: SC license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start Certs REQ: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS Certs Pref: TNCC Additional Requirements: Must complete all assigned modules prior to start date. Expect access to these modules by the Wednesday before your start date. Attendance at staff meetings is required. Miscellaneous Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y) Approval can be requested prior to assignment but not guaranteed. Local Radius: 60 miles Locals Accepted: (Y) on a case-by-case basis at 10% less the posted bill rate RTO Restrictions for Client Offers: All RTO must be included at time of submission. Approval will be based on facility needs Guaranteed Hours: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a NEW or EXT assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
